Ten years across solution delivery, project, and product management — a decade spent shaping how enterprise PLM programs actually get shipped, and increasingly, how AI fits into that picture. I design the solutions, shape what gets built next, plan the delivery, and lead the teams that ship enterprise programs for global manufacturing and life sciences clients.

Day to day, that’s solution design, upgrades, migrations and support programmes on 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA — sizing the risks, planning the cutover, running the sprints, managing resources and budgets, mentoring the team, and standing in front of the sponsor when something moves. Mostly for medical device, life sciences and industrial manufacturers, where a bad go-live isn’t an inconvenience but a business and operational problem — which has shaped how I work: pragmatic planning, clear ownership, disciplined execution, and risks surfaced early.

Along the way I’ve worn most of the hats on a delivery team — developer, module lead, team lead, product owner, scrum master, project manager, delivery lead — which gives me a grounded view of what it takes to turn a solution from an idea into something that actually works in production. That range is also why I think of myself as a Technical Program Manager by function, even where PLM has been the domain: the job has always been owning scope, budget, risk and people across a program, with the platform as the substrate, not the ceiling.

I’m currently pursuing a PGP in AI & Business with Scaler, and building toward AI product management — the kind of role that translates between what’s technically possible and what a business actually needs, or leads that translation from the top. The Workbench is where that turns into something running: retrieval-grounded assistants, AI briefing tools, and the small products I build to find out where the idea actually breaks.

Curious what this looks like in practice? The Workbench has the prototypes, and Field Notes has the writing behind the thinking.

  • Own scope, budget and risk across enterprise programs totaling roughly ₹14.5 crore (≈ €1.3M) to date, including a single program at ₹5.9 crore

  • Architecting TECHNIA's on-premise-to-cloud transition framework for 3DExperience/Enovia, from the ground up — outside my assigned project scope

  • Drove measurable efficiency and delivery gains on two enterprise programs by planning ahead and reusing proven upgrade patterns from prior engagements — saving roughly a month of engineering effort on each

  • Built a migration tool on the TECHNIA Integration Framework that cut a 10,000+ object migration from three months to two, plus verification scripts that removed most of the manual checking around it

  • Automated user creation and data imports — a recurring block of manual setup gone from every engagement, and delivery timelines pulled in as a result

  • Built Query Assist — a retrieval-grounded assistant that answers MQL questions from a curated corpus and cites the exact source it used, rather than guessing

  • Built the Field-Brief Intelligence Dashboard — an on-demand Opportunity Explorer and AI brief on any tracked account: overview, recent developments and talking points, each pulled from live search with a citation attached rather than generated from memory

  • Senior mentor to 8 team members, guiding technical and functional growth alongside every programme I lead

Zero-downtime delivery, no exceptions

Every enterprise upgrade I've led has gone live without downtime for the client — a product of disciplined solution design and cutover planning, not luck, and not something I compromise on to hit a date.

Risk surfaced early is risk that stays small

I treat risk management as a weekly habit, not a milestone review — surfacing technical, timeline, and dependency risks the moment I see them so sponsors are never blindsided late in a program.

Transparency isn't overhead, it's trust infrastructure

Structured, honest reporting is what lets a sponsor trust a program enough not to micromanage it. I hold full transparency on every engagement I own — the good news and the risks, in the same report.

Explore before you commit, then commit fully

New tools, platforms, or ways of working earn a real evaluation — a prototype, a pilot, a proof of concept — before I bring them into a delivery plan. Once I commit, I build for adoption, not just for launch.

AI belongs in the product, not just the process

I look past using AI to speed work and ask where it changes what the product can actually do for the customer — turning that into a concrete roadmap item, not a slide.

Delivery includes mentoring the team

I mentor the team alongside every PM and Scrum Master role I hold — a project isn't done until the people who built it can run the next one, or the next initiative, without me.

Lead Solution Consultant — Solution Delivery, Product Owner, Project Manager & Scrum Master

    • Leading end-to-end delivery across enterprise PLM programs as Solution Consultant, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner — with de facto Solution Architect scope on cloud-transition and upgrade work — currently managing multiple concurrent projects.
    • Own scope, budget, resourcing and risk across upgrade, migration and DevOps programs for global manufacturing and regulated life sciences clients — budgets up to ₹5.9 crore, ₹14.5 crore in aggregate.
    • Drove measurable efficiency and delivery gains on two enterprise programs by planning ahead and reusing proven upgrade patterns from prior engagements — saving roughly a month of engineering effort on each.
    • Proposed and architecting the company's on-premise-to-cloud transition framework for 3DExperience/Enovia — migration methodology, framework structure, and rollout roadmap, built from scratch.
    • Owned 3DExperience upgrades end to end — the project plan and Statement of Work through implementation, testing and documentation.
    • Built migration tooling on the TECHNIA Integration Framework (TIF), verification scripts that took most of the manual checking out of data imports.

Software Development Senior Analyst — Solution Delivery & Team Lead

    • Led a cross-functional team of 7–10 engineers supporting a Fortune 500 industrial group's global ENOVIA platform — solution implementation, planning, estimation, and priority-one incident resolution.
    • Ran a daily incident queue of 20–25 tickets through ServiceNow, 1–5 of them at high or urgent priority, meeting SLA consistently across the engagement.
    • Planned and ran a cross-platform PLM data migration end to end, aligning the extracted data with the target system's data model rather than lifting it across as-is.
